Shipping Information

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

• Weekday Orders

  • Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are usually shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business morning.

• Weekend Orders

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched first thing Monday.

• Australia Shipping

  • We offer express next-day shipping to Australia, with delivery expected within 1–2 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Important:

• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address (such as your home or workplace) where someone will be available to sign for your package during normal business hours (9am–5pm, Mon–Fri).

• Be sure to track your delivery using your tracking number. If a delivery attempt is missed and the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged in time, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
