Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at ouryorkyork@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
NZ orders arrive within 1-3 business days via Courier Post, and AU orders arrive within 2-3 business days via DHL Express.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping applies to NZ orders over $200 and AU orders over $300.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 14 days returns and exchanges from the date of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I exchange for a different size?
We recommend ordering and paying for the new size first, then returning the original item, so your preferred size doesn't sell out while we process your return.

Sizing
What if an item doesn't fit?
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering, and if you're still unsure, email us at ouryorkyork@gmail.com for sizing help; if the item doesn't fit once received, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery under our 14-Day Returns & Exchanges policy.

Yes, all items are 100% authentic and sourced through proper personal/parallel import procedures from official retailers.
