Online Returns & Exchanges
At YORK YORK, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items received after this period will not be accepted.
Products must be unworn, in original condition, with all designer garment tags and original packaging (boxes, tissue, etc.) included.
Items must show no signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or staining. Plastic hygiene tags must remain intact.
Non-eligible items: worn, washed, altered, or damaged goods, orders purchased with vouchers, or items already exchanged.
How to Return
Email us at ouryorkyork@gmail.com before sending your return, so we know to expect your package.
Please include photos of the item clearly showing its condition before returning.
Include a note inside your parcel stating whether you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Costs & Responsibility
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you return your entire order, a deduction will be made for the complimentary shipping costs incurred by YORK YORK : $10 (NZ orders) / $30 (Australia).
YORK YORK is not responsible for lost parcels. We recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping your tracking number.
Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, please place a new order for the correct size first. Once we receive your return in original condition, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
If no suitable size is in stock, you may exchange for a different product.
All exchanges depend on stock availability and require proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you do not wish to exchange, a refund or store credit can be issued once we receive your return.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days via your original payment method.
You will be notified by email once processed.
Refunds to international cards will use the exchange rate of the processing day; please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the fault.
Once returned, faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded within 10 working days.
YORK YORK will cover all shipping costs for faulty items, including customers in Australia in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If repair or replacement takes longer than 10 days, we will notify you of the expected timeframe.
Sale Items
All sale items are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
